Founder & CEO
Vanessa Bellamy, PhD
Dr. Bellamy is an experienced executive coach who is passionate about empowering Black women and other professionals from marginalized backgrounds. She specializes in guiding high-achieving professionals to strengthen planning, time management, and organization skills to reach their goals and redefine success on their terms.
Dr. Bellamy has extensive training in ADHD and executive functioning coaching, career development, and goal setting. Her clientele has included students and professionals from a variety of backgrounds. Her current coaching and consulting work focuses on leading entrepreneurs and senior-level professionals to make their business goals and professional dreams a reality, all while prioritizing their self-care and overall well-being.
Dr. Bellamy has a background in psychology. She earned a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology and School Psychology from Florida State University, a Master's in Developmental Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Bellamy is also a certified Hello Seven Business, Money, and Mindset Coach, and equips clients with tools and strategies to grow their businesses and reach their financial goals.

Michael Bellamy, MBA
Michael Bellamy is an accomplished Business Consultant, Data Analyst, and Chief Operating Officer at Bellamy Executive Solutions. With more than a decade of corporate experience and a proven entrepreneurial background, he empowers businesses to make informed, strategic decisions through data-driven insights. Under his leadership, Bellamy Executive Solutions delivers high-quality, personalized coaching and consultation services, helping clients streamline operations in finance, HR, marketing, analytics, and customer service.
In addition to his role as COO, Michael is the founder of Bimshire Corporate Solutions, a Barbados-based consultancy specializing in strategic planning, corporate governance, business formation, and compliance audits. Michael also serves as a US-based Data Consultant, leveraging advanced analytics tools like Tableau and Alteryx to help organizations across industries optimize performance and maximize data-driven insights.
Michael’s academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Sagicor Cave Hill School of Business & Management, a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of the West Indies, and a Tableau Data Analytics Certificate from NYU Tandon School of Engineering. His steadfast commitment to using data analytics to drive innovation and growth makes him a valuable asset in any organization, as he continuously transforms complex data into actionable insights to guide optimal business outcomes.
